She told us what our house would sell for according to the comps and within a couple of days we had an offer. 30 days later we closed on forever home. Very knowledgeable and helpful! After listing with Heather the only thing I had to do was show up and sign at closing!! She did multiple listings to make sure our home was getting the showing it needed to sell. Open house was also done on at least one occasion as well as numerous phone calls and emails regarding the property. We had moved out of town and it was nice to be able to trust someone to show the home when I had very limited time to do so. It's difficult to write a negative review about anyone. In this case, I'm writing to protect others from what I had to go through. I don't like saying this, but it's true: she "speaks falsely" with such frequency that she actually believes what she's saying! Surprisingly dishonest;says one thing to you, another to someone else - whatever makes her look good. She's part time in Myrtle Beach, part time in Greensboro??? She "so busy" she didn't reply to update requests, emails or calls, but when there were matters that needed attention, they were somehow all my fault/ responsibility?!? Turns out I knew others who've dealt with her also - she didn't pay people who did work for her, always ran late ... you get the idea. I ended up working with someone else. Best decision I made, but I feel bad for her that she is as she is. Oh, watch for when she over-states the size of the places she lists, and then puts "Buyer to verify." I checked... all of hers are like that.

This agent was suppose to be a short sale expert, however she not only didn't sell our house as promised but now the property is in foreclosure. She also did not follow through on emails, and phone calls to the lender or the potential buyers. She was not able to secure the security deposit back to us after the trouble she has put us through for the last year. I would never recommend her and if you use her or is thinking about using her please don't hesitate to contact me as I will give you in dept accounts of the trauma she has put our family through and is still going through today.
